Greetings

hugo_rr_20170315_1024x768This is the story of how we turned our Airstream B190 into something of an expedition vehicle.  We’ll talk a little bit about why we did it but mostly this blog is about the upgrades and modifications we’ve made to turn it into what you see here. It’s our full time residence so many of the upgrades are made with that in mind as well.  We started this process in 2012 and it continues today.  If you’re here for the first time, I recommend the Chronology page.  This will give you an idea of how our thinking unfolded over time.  Welcome to our journey!

  1. Meet these two at a fast food joint in NW Ohio this morning (4/30/17) Friendly folks and this rig is awesome, hope I can convince the wife to do something like this for even a short time. Again nice rig and great way to live.
